YOUR ROLE AT BOX
The Engineering Business Operations Manager will serve as a pivotal ally within the Engineering Business Operations and Strategy (EBOS) team, providing essential operational support and expertise to Box Engineering teams within the Build organization. This position will concentrate on our teams in the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include guiding and preparing teams for various planning and reporting processes—such as Annual Planning, Quarterly Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, and monthly Operational Reviews—while driving key processes for performance metric tracking and assisting leadership in measuring and reporting on critical goals. We seek an individual who can facilitate our scaling efforts to support ongoing growth in this role, which reports directly to the Senior Director of EBOS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance team operations; design and refine workflows to minimize friction and boost efficiency.
