Position Overview
The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is tailored for outstanding recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in spacecraft mechanisms and assembly, integration, and testing (AIT). Participants will engage directly on the production floor, contributing to the assembly and testing of spacecraft mechanisms and subsystems.
This program provides an exceptional opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of spacecraft hardware, develop leadership abilities, and advance through a clearly defined career path:
Engineering Technician → Associate Mechanisms Engineer → Mechanisms Engineer or Supervisor
Participants will blend practical assembly and testing experience with early exposure to engineering decision-making, process enhancements, and leadership roles.
