Your Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead two to three engineering teams (8-12 members) and take complete ownership of delivery and operational excellence. Your focus will be on the “who and when,” ensuring that the right talent is in place and projects are executed on time and within scope. You will work closely with Lead Engineers, who handle the “what and how,” ensuring that technical execution aligns with delivery schedules. With your strong engineering background, you will also actively participate in planning sessions and roadmap execution while collaborating with product management to align business priorities.
