Your Role:
The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in our facility, leading the engineering, maintenance, and crib departments. This position involves directing and coordinating the activities of the plant engineering team to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational performance. You will lead by example, executing key responsibilities while effectively delegating tasks to team members to enhance productivity and profitability. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will manage a team of engineers, ensuring seamless and efficient plant operations.
