Your Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the development of our systems for Triumph Arcade and Rips. You will be responsible for nurturing engineering talent, collaborating with product and design teams on the product roadmap, and recruiting exceptional individuals who will help us maintain our rapid pace of growth.
Responsibilities
Engage directly with the codebase while leading your team, contributing to architectural decisions, writing code, and guiding the workflow.
Mentor and develop engineers through constructive feedback, maintaining high standards, and creating clear career advancement paths.
Oversee the hiring process for your team, including sourcing strategies, designing interview processes, and successfully closing candidates who elevate our standards.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business objectives into actionable engineering goals, optimizing work sequencing for maximum impact.
Lead technical architecture and system design discussions, balancing the need for long-term scalability with the agility required in a fast-paced product environment.
Manage project execution from initiation to completion: clarify ambiguous challenges, oversee dependencies, and ensure timely delivery without resorting to micromanagement.
Utilize AI tools to enhance both your own productivity and set the benchmark for your team’s software development practices.
