Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program. A California Professional Engineer (P. E.) license is highly preferred; out-of-state PE may be considered. At least 6 years of experience in transportation infrastructure design and project delivery. Strong technical knowledge in complete streets, multimodal design, and transit-oriented infrastructure. Familiarity with standards from Caltrans, FHWA, CPUC, UPRR, and local agencies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software.
