Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for Onboarding, you will guide a team dedicated to developing the systems and product experiences that facilitate customer activation at Brex. This includes onboarding processes, account setups, verifications, and integration workflows that enable customers to appreciate value swiftly. Success in this position requires strategic vision, operational proficiency, technical leadership, and a strong commitment to delivering seamless, AI-enhanced user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling user-facing onboarding systems and delivering exceptional product experiences while collaborating deeply with Product, Design, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams.
Work Environment
This role will be situated in our Vancouver office, where we embrace a hybrid work model that blends the vibrancy of office interactions with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of two in-office days per week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting February 2, 2026, this will increase to three days weekly, including Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
