Learn more about Enpal.One. As a Senior Analytics Engineer (f/m/x), you will help shape how data drives clean energy adoption and smarter consumption for thousands of households. This role focuses on building reliable data solutions that support both business and technical teams at Enpal. Key responsibilities Develop structured, well-documented datasets using dbt, with clear metric definitions, ownership, and testing processes. Translate complex business processes into standardized definitions and a semantic layer for use in Tableau and Power BI. Identify and resolve inconsistencies in source data, ensuring a single source of truth across the organization. Improve query performance, data freshness, and quality in Snowflake through testing and continuous monitoring. Work closely with BI and business teams to deliver certified datasets, dashboards, and promote self-service analytics. Manage the full reporting lifecycle, from understanding business needs to delivering actionable data products. Maintain and enhance central data pipelines, dbt models, and Tableau integrations using modern tools like Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Git. Mentor colleagues on analytics engineering best practices and support their technical growth. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, or Data Engineer. Proven skill in turning large, complex datasets into actionable insights and BI-ready metrics. Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with data modeling, including star schemas, dimensions, facts, and semantic layer design. Hands-on experience building production dbt projects, with a focus on testing, documentation, and version control. Strong Python abilities for analytics tasks such as data validation, automation, and scripting.
