About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee teams tasked with building and deploying sophisticated AI agents tailored for customer experiences. This role transcends traditional engineering management; you will be involved in developing platform capabilities (AI pipelines, evaluations, integrations) and managing deployments for key clients.

Your Responsibilities
Lead AI Agent Development: You will direct a team of engineers in creating and deploying high-performance, reliable AI agents for strategic clients. These systems will manage millions of customer interactions at scale, ensuring technical excellence and operational reliability.
Ensure Client Success: You will be responsible for the deployment of agents across a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving their success through improved automation, enhanced quality, and effective management of escalations and customer reviews.
