Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for our GTM Engineering team, you will lead initiatives that drive Brex’s growth across Marketing, Sales, and self-service funnels. This position will focus on building and optimizing our marketing website (Brex.com), GTM applications, top-of-funnel experiences, and AI-driven systems designed to enhance productivity, lower customer acquisition costs, and boost the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
Work Environment
This role will be based in our New York office. We promote a hybrid work environment that blends the vibrancy and connections of office life with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require at least two days in the office each week on Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will transition to a requirement of three days per week in the office — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product engineers through coaching and constructive feedback.
- Articulate the architectural vision and technical roadmap for Brex.com, GTM applications, and growth systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
