YOUR MISSION
As the Manager of Hardware and Environments Test Engineering, you will lead a team of hardware and environmental test engineers based in Colorado to ensure the delivery of fully tested and qualified components, developmental units, and spacecraft according to aggressive timelines. You will be responsible for overseeing test processes, schedules, capacity planning, and the execution outcomes of hardware and environmental testing.
Collaboration with Program Management and Engineering will be crucial as you provide inputs to program schedules, align capacity with demand, ensure designs are test-ready, and drive disciplined execution against test milestones. You will also be accountable for adapting testing processes to meet program needs, continually enhancing efficiency, automation, and process maturity to ensure that quality requirements are met on time.
This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on leadership, focusing on setting standards and driving automation.
