The Role
As the Engineering Manager for the HCO (Healthcare Organization) team, you will have the unique opportunity to architect the data engine that powers Veeva Link. This role is not just about managing a team; it involves solving intricate data challenges.
You will navigate through extensive data interdependencies across multiple products, tasked with defining and developing resilient data pipelines that accommodate this complexity while ensuring local autonomy and global coherence. Leading a high-performing team, you will create a scalable, modern platform utilizing Apache Spark, Lakehouses, and AWS Redshift.
