We are currently seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead Front's core search team in Paris. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a talented group of senior engineers, driving the execution of an ambitious technical roadmap. Your leadership will focus on design and implementation, team scaling through recruitment of top talent, and mentoring future engineering leaders. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product managers, analysts, and designers to optimize team processes and enhance overall efficiency.
