YOUR MISSION

True Anomaly is on the lookout for an inventive Mechanisms Engineering Manager to spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to the design, development, integration, and testing of precision, cost-effective motor-driven actuation systems for orbital platforms. Reporting directly to the VP of New Product Engineering, this role entails hands-on technical leadership as well as people management, program planning, and product delivery. The team’s projects encompass precision pointing and tracking systems, solar array drive assemblies, reaction wheels, solar array release mechanisms, optical focusing systems, CubeSat dispensers, and 1G test stands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in spacecraft mechanisms and motor-driven systems, with a strong commitment to developing in-house solutions that provide significant mission advantages.
