Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for our Core Backend team, ATP, you will lead the backbone of Doctolib’s software architecture. ATP is integral to our Platform domain, focusing on developing and maintaining essential components with a 'Platform as a Product' philosophy. Your leadership will empower product teams to expedite their development processes, ensuring they can concentrate on delivering high-quality products for healthcare providers and patients.
In this role, you will:
- Drive team performance and ensure business goals are achieved through effective mentorship and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with your product counterpart to define a clear mission and vision, establish a roadmap, and oversee the quality of your team’s output.
- Engage in code reviews and contribute technically as needed.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to elevate our engineering capabilities.
- Set and exceed standards for security, reliability, performance, and scalability, maintaining our position as a trusted e-health SaaS provider.
