Our engineering team is developing a Composable Customer Experience Platform featuring Packaged Business Capabilities (PBCs), empowering clients to select between a turnkey solution or a composable toolkit that integrates seamlessly into their enterprise architecture.
Our engineering organization, currently over 120 strong and rapidly expanding, is organized into Customer Experience Automation (CXA), Product Platform, and Technology Platform, collectively delivering a Composable Customer Experience Platform.
