Job Summary:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, overseeing daily operations and project objectives. You will drive technical excellence, foster team development, and ensure the successful execution of engineering tasks.

Work Model: This position is based in our Barcelona office, offering a hybrid work model and exceptional flexibility. Applicants must hold valid work authorization in Spain to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.
