As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a talented team of engineers, guiding them in defining and executing the technical roadmap for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and direction, while also representing engineering in crucial technical discussions. Your contributions will significantly impact product quality, scalability, and innovation, playing a pivotal role in our collective success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and nurture a growing team of application engineers, employing a hands-on leadership style that is expected from all engineering managers.
  • Leverage your strong technical expertise and a proven track record in managing large-scale distributed systems or guiding teams through intricate technical transitions.
