About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical execution and ensuring the quality standards necessary for the timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with Product Management to align the technical roadmap with business priorities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, establishing technical directions, and maintaining stringent quality and operational standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with attracting, nurturing, coaching, and retaining exceptional engineering talent. Your role will involve defining engineering standards and contributing to the strategic vision of our organization in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
This role encompasses dual responsibilities in Technical Delivery and Team Leadership:
Technical Delivery & Accountability
- Lead the technical execution of the roadmap, ensuring timely project completion while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Work in close collaboration with Product Management to manage the technical roadmap, balancing feature development, technical debt, and operational stability.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for both client and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, managing expectations, and mitigating technical risks to ensure project success.
- Be accountable for the quality of the team’s deliverables and contribute to crafting engineering quality standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural context to help unblock the team and ensure scalable solutions.
Team Leadership & Growth
