Key Responsibilities
People Leadership:
- Guide and mentor engineers and QA teams through consistent one-on-ones, coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Facilitate career growth through development plans, performance conversations, and growth strategies.
- Transform company and product objectives into clear team and individual goals using 15five.
Delivery Enablement:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles, actively supporting teams to sustain strong delivery velocity.
- Balance project scope, quality, and timelines for sustainable execution across Product, Engineering, and Security roadmaps.
- Actively participate in core Scrum practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, as needed to support the Product delivery team.
Product & Technical Partnership:
- Work alongside Product and Design teams to align on priorities and delivery strategies.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure sound engineering practices are followed.
- Ensure engineering efforts yield meaningful impacts for products and customers.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key engineering and delivery metrics.
- Deliver clear updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and outcomes.
Collaboration & Culture:
- Engage cross-functionally to eliminate blockers and enhance workflows.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
