Your Impact

We design and deliver products for law enforcement and the communities they serve at both national and global levels. You will spearhead the development of technologies that transform society, while advancing Axon's commitment to Protect Life and Capture Truth. Collaborating with some of the brightest minds in engineering across various domains, including cameras, sensors, and VR, you will oversee the creation of cutting-edge products from inception to launch while navigating complex challenges. Your agility, adaptability, and creativity will be essential in identifying optimal solutions for our most critical offerings, ensuring we deliver the best products available.

What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based at our Scottsdale, AZ office, following a hybrid work schedule. We prioritize in-person collaboration, with team members expected to work onsite from Tuesday to Friday, while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless an approved workplace accommodation is in place. Reports to: Senior Director of Program Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams as the Engineering Program Manager in the Connected Devices pillar, making pivotal decisions on flagship products. This role focuses on enhancing existing market products through collaborative improvement initiatives, including design modifications driven by yield improvements, product performance enhancements, secondary sourcing, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Create, monitor, and manage program budgets and timelines to ensure we deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Act as a key stakeholder from early concept development through to product launch, influencing crucial decisions at every stage.
  • Collaborate with a diverse technical team, encompassing electrical design, mechanical design, industrial design, software, firmware, quality assurance, validation, and manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
