Anduril Industries is hiring an Engineering Systems Administrator in London. This position focuses on optimizing the engineering systems that product and program teams rely on, including PLM, CAD, CAE, and related tools. The role works closely with stakeholders to design and implement system improvements and guide technology decisions.

Role overview

This position centers on supporting and enhancing the systems used by engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and other departments. The Engineering Systems Administrator will collaborate with the EngOS team and other stakeholders to improve workflows and ensure teams have the right tools to succeed.

What you will do

  • Gather requirements from engineering teams and translate them into functional and technical solutions in partnership with the EngOS team.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users during and after system implementations to promote adoption.
  • Lead new feature rollouts by defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and enhancement requests for PLM and its integrations, such as CAD.
  • Support installation and post-launch activities for upgrades and new modules in the PLM system.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to implement upgrades and new modules.
  • Address infrastructure and configuration questions related to PLM and its integrations.
  • Collaborate with a global PLM team to align systems and improve processes across regions.
