We are currently seeking an Engineering Team Lead to join our Hexagate team.
Hexagate specializes in developing cybersecurity products designed to safeguard on-chain and web3 assets. Positioned at the crossroads of cybersecurity and blockchain technology, we operate in a challenging environment where threats are constant, and swift action is essential. Our goal is to build a real-time on-chain detection and response platform that integrates machine learning-driven threat intelligence, custom detection capabilities, and a language model-powered rules engine to protect digital assets.
Your Leadership Responsibilities:
Cultivate team dynamics: Foster a strong team culture focused on outcomes, quality, and timely delivery.
Own a key platform component: Take accountability for a critical system area (such as pipeline management, detection, response, or LLM workflows) and ensure its operational health.
Strategic planning and execution: Translate strategy into actionable milestones, make informed trade-offs, and maintain delivery speed without compromising quality.
Decisive action: Make informed decisions in uncertain situations, supported by your team.
Effective communication: Align product, engineering, and stakeholders, set clear expectations, and maintain transparency regarding priorities.
