This position is based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Employees are expected to work onsite five days a week, with flexibility for occasional remote work, virtual meetings in the morning, or adjusting hours for family commitments.
Role overview
The Engineering Technician role is hands-on, supporting the design, assembly, testing, and maintenance of test rigs and platforms. The team values initiative, attention to detail, and encourages contributions to both technical and product decisions.
What you will do
- Troubleshoot vehicle systems, computer components, and sensors, including root cause analysis and calibration.
- Maintain and organize the inventory system for components and lab supplies.
- Procure essential components and build relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to minimize vehicle downtime, always focusing on safety and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, automotive engineering, or a related discipline.
