Your Role
As an Engineering Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational excellence of our sophisticated, automated CFC located in Andover. You will serve as the first responder to engineering issues, swiftly diagnosing and resolving faults that may affect productivity. In addition to reactive maintenance, you will conduct planned servicing and repairs to ensure all equipment remains in exceptional condition. Moreover, you will engage in proactive improvement initiatives aimed at boosting reliability and efficiency within our high-tech environment. This role is hands-on and requires working with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic setting.
Shift patterns will encompass 12-hour shifts, supporting our 24/7 operation, including days, nights, and weekends.
Who You Are

- Solid technical knowledge of automation hardware/software and, ideally, control systems; a formal engineering qualification is preferred.

- Comfortable working at heights, utilizing access equipment in accordance with site safety protocols.
