Ensure compliance with engineering specifications.Diagnose failures on measurement boards and PCBs and execute necessary repairs.Compile daily reports on BIN topics for monitoring and assessment.Independently adapt and expand circuit diagrams to meet engineering specifications.Collaborate with equipment engineers to develop strategies that minimize failures, enhance quality and production output, and lower costs in conjunction with process and equipment engineering.Examine failures on carriers to identify root causes.Ensure all modifications align with lead plant engineering requirements.Take responsibility for 8D processes and handle lot dispositions.Train operators as per alignment with production management.Provide support to production activities.Assist in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans.Guarantee the availability of spare parts.Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.
