This hands-on role manages a team of about eight field service technicians and engineers, supporting two to six active customer sites. Responsibilities span both direct field work and team oversight, with a focus on start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IEM products. Supervisory responsibilities Guide, direct, and coach field service technicians daily. Provide mentorship and technical support to the team. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate start-up and commissioning activities for electrical equipment at customer sites, ensuring timely completion and resolution of outstanding issues. Supervise, mentor, and train field service technicians on a daily basis. Act as the technical expert, offering advanced troubleshooting and product knowledge to technicians and engineers.
