About the Role
As the Engineering Trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering engineers and cross-functional teams to proficiently utilize PLM, CAD, and configuration management tools. Your mission will be to design and facilitate engaging training programs that enhance user understanding of Teamcenter, model-based workflows, and maintain data integrity and configuration control.
What You'll Do
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for all personnel accessing PLM tools.
- Provide comprehensive NX CAD training covering both fundamentals and advanced techniques.
- Deliver Teamcenter PLM training focusing on workflows, data management, and navigation.
- Create and implement training modules on Teamcenter fundamentals and engineering change workflows.
- Instruct on CAD principles including modeling strategies and assembly structures.
- Train users on Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) workflows.
- Develop structured learning paths tailored for designers, Change Approvers, and support teams.
- Produce and maintain training materials such as guides, reference sheets, and videos.
- Update Confluence documentation with training materials and process guides.
- Organize training libraries and ensure materials stay current with evolving processes.
- Act as a resource for common PLM and CAD queries, guiding teams to appropriate training materials.
- Communicate updates and training expectations effectively.
