About the Role
Abnormal AI is on the lookout for a proactive Enterprise Account Executive to enhance our DACH team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge security solutions to enterprise-level clients within a designated territory.
The ideal candidate will be based in Germany and possess the following skills:
- Hunting Skills: A disciplined approach to early pipeline development, demonstrating the ability to prospect enterprise accounts while balancing five pillars of demand generation: AE prospecting, SDR, Marketing, Channel, and Customer referrals.
- Effective Qualifier: Skilled at identifying and uncovering customer challenges.
- Strong Presenter: Adept at presenting and demonstrating value based on customer pain points.
- Sales Methodology: Systematic execution of a disciplined sales process ensuring quality without compromise.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring continual maintenance of data accuracy and consistency across all accounts and opportunities.
- Business Acumen: Capability to develop and present a compelling business case demonstrating high ROI to multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Proficient in extracting, documenting, and organizing customer insights.
- Internal Guidance: Ability to guide internal stakeholders through their buying processes.
- Grit: Proven success in an early-stage environment with limited resources.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Strong understanding of how to leverage other departments, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success.
