What You Will DoSell Abnormal Security solutions within your defined territory, aiming to exceed new annual recurring revenue quotas. Engage with enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) from initial outreach through contract signing and upselling opportunities. Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) to build a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion sales opportunities. Document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan). Serve as the voice of the customer/prospect with internal teams, including Sales Engineering/POV, Product, and Marketing to prioritize and close more revenue.

Abnormal AI is on the lookout for a proactive Enterprise Account Executive to enhance our DACH team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge security solutions to enterprise-level clients within a designated territory.

The ideal candidate will be based in Germany and possess the following skills:

  • Hunting Skills: A disciplined approach to early pipeline development, demonstrating the ability to prospect enterprise accounts while balancing five pillars of demand generation: AE prospecting, SDR, Marketing, Channel, and Customer referrals.
  • Effective Qualifier: Skilled at identifying and uncovering customer challenges.
  • Strong Presenter: Adept at presenting and demonstrating value based on customer pain points.
  • Sales Methodology: Systematic execution of a disciplined sales process ensuring quality without compromise.
  • Data Integrity: Ensuring continual maintenance of data accuracy and consistency across all accounts and opportunities.
  • Business Acumen: Capability to develop and present a compelling business case demonstrating high ROI to multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Management: Proficient in extracting, documenting, and organizing customer insights.
  • Internal Guidance: Ability to guide internal stakeholders through their buying processes.
  • Grit: Proven success in an early-stage environment with limited resources.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Strong understanding of how to leverage other departments, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success.
