A driven and competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. Based in or around Rome is preferred.

This position is intended for candidates based in Rome, with a flexible hybrid working model.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering and IT Leaders, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and our Professional Services team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with enterprise ecosystem sales and channel partners to optimize deal sizes.
  • Participate in extensive sales training, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and ongoing leadership development programs.

Your Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of field experience focusing on Public Sector accounts, with a proven record in quota-carrying roles within competitive environments.
  • Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and managing complex sales processes.
  • A strong history of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business value of complex enterprise technologies.
  • Expertise in developing business champions within client organizations.
  • Highly driven and competitive, with a strong desire for success.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Ideally located in the Rome area.
