Key Responsibilities:• Drive new revenue generation for North America while meeting quarterly and annual targets.• Establish and maintain a qualified sales pipeline of 3-5 times the quota through proactive outbound prospecting, supported by marketing and sales development representatives (SDRs).• Utilize your professional network and partnerships to create warm connections with priority accounts.• Develop detailed account strategies for key targets, focusing on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment, stakeholder mapping, buying triggers, and actionable next steps.• Conduct discovery sessions and problem diagnostics to identify business outcomes, constraints, and success criteria, translating customer needs into compelling solution narratives.• Create detailed business cases and proposals, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) that align with customer priorities, including scope, pricing, timelines, and return on investment (ROI).• Manage complex buying groups by building champions, aligning decision criteria, and driving momentum through mutual action plans.• Collaborate with delivery leadership and solution teams to ensure solution feasibility, differentiation, and a smooth transition post-sale.• Maintain precise CRM records in HubSpot, ensuring stage discipline, next steps, close plans, and forecast accuracy.• Negotiate and finalize contracts with an executive presence, addressing procurement, security, and risk assessments while safeguarding deal value.

About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our efforts in securing new business opportunities across North America from our Lahore delivery center. In this role, you will manage a comprehensive, insight-driven sales process, identifying target accounts, generating demand, leading discovery sessions, coordinating buying groups, developing a solid business case, and successfully closing high-value service engagements.

This position is ideal for sales professionals who excel in outbound sales environments, confidently engage with senior stakeholders, and possess the skills needed to secure complex deals through Account-Based Selling (ABS) and Challenger Selling methodologies.
