Your Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take charge of Serval’s strategic target accounts within some of the most dynamic companies in the industry. You will manage intricate, multi-layered sales cycles while collaborating with IT, Security, and Operations executives across various regions and business units to facilitate their transition to AI-driven workflows.
This position offers a unique chance to work closely with our founders and product team, influencing our enterprise strategy, prioritizing the development roadmap, and defining the future of “AI-powered IT” at scale. Join us and be part of building a category-defining company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to closing and expansion.
- Establish strong relationships with senior IT, Security, and Operations leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
- Facilitate complex buying committees, aligning technical, security, and business stakeholders around Serval’s unique value proposition.
- Present captivating demonstrations and business cases that link Serval’s AI automation to measurable outcomes.
