About the Role
We are on the lookout for a commercially savvy Enterprise Account Manager to take ownership of and expand a portfolio of key EMEA clients. This post-sales role will emphasize renewals, expansion, executive relationship management, and the successful adoption of our solutions within gaming companies, digital platforms, and tech organizations facing intricate privacy, safety, and age assurance challenges.
As the primary liaison for your assigned accounts, you will collaborate closely with Product, Integration Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure clients launch successfully, deepen their utilization of our services, and expand their engagement with k-ID over time. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced regulatory landscape, adeptly manages complex stakeholder relationships, and identifies growth opportunities while reinforcing long-term customer trust.
Account Management and Growth
- Manage a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and overall commercial health.
- Develop and uphold account plans that align with customer objectives, product adoption, and regional compliance requirements.
- Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and broader product adoption among existing clients.
- Drive high gross retention and net revenue retention within your assigned accounts.
Customer Relationship Building
- Act as the central point of contact for key stakeholders spanning product, legal, compliance, and technical teams.
