Collaborating with Data Stewards, you will design data products as intermediates for data services.
You will establish governance frameworks for AI.
Your role will also invigorate data-driven practices within Portbase, promoting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Data is not a secondary aspect; it is the essential resource upon which our services rely and which the harbor community increasingly depends.
Data Management at Portbase is structured and implementation is underway. Effective data management is not merely an IT matter; it assures the harbor community that Portbase securely manages their data. Every team at Portbase is supported by a Data Steward, and the Enterprise Data Manager will lead this group functionally. This entails fostering collaboration, developing skills, and providing assistance wherever necessary.

Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing and adhering to the data management strategy and policies, ensuring Portbase achieves its strategic objectives optimally. Data is a crucial asset as Portbase oversees the logistics data of the harbor, making it an integral part of our mission, vision, and strategy.
Additional Responsibilities:
You will support the Data Governance Board.
You will chair and provide functional leadership to the data champions.
You will be responsible for building data skills within Portbase while also nurturing the data culture.
You will serve as a trusted advisor for the management team on data management matters.
