The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Expansion Account Executive to drive revenue growth within Arize's existing customer base. You will collaborate with AI engineers, Data Scientists, and platform teams already utilizing our Enterprise platform, helping them unlock greater value, expand into new divisions, and deepen their investment as their AI initiatives scale. This position is pivotal, offering significant ownership at the intersection of rapid product development and a swiftly growing customer base in the AI sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the complete expansion and renewal sales cycle across your portfolio, implementing a complex, value-driven process that involves multiple stakeholders, teams, and use cases within each account.
  • Identify and cultivate new growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage patterns, mapping whitespace, and targeting high-value needs across various business lines and technical teams.
  • Establish and nurture executive relationships, fostering awareness and buy-in at the VP and C-suite levels to bolster pipeline growth and facilitate long-term account expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Managers and internal account teams to define and execute account strategies aimed at enhancing sales velocity and achieving customer outcomes.
