Job Purpose:

The Enterprise Program Manager for Master Data Management (MDM) will oversee the comprehensive MDM program portfolio across the organization. This role is crucial in facilitating platform delivery, enhancing data quality, and ensuring ongoing value realization. The manager will establish a clear vision, define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and track benefits for all MDM initiatives, while effectively integrating these efforts with related data governance, analytics, and AI programs to optimize business outcomes.

Essential Functions:

Program Ownership & Strategy (30%): Spearhead the vision, roadmap, and budget for the enterprise MDM program. Define OKRs, benefit realization targets, and risk/issue logs. Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the corporate data governance strategy and provide progress reports to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Governance: Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to data governance standards and facilitate effective communication across teams.
