Join our dynamic team at dstaff as an Enterprise Risk Analyst in our Fresno Financial Service Center! This pivotal role will involve overseeing various risk management processes and credit committees. You'll analyze emerging risk factors and provide actionable recommendations to enhance risk monitoring and minimize exposure effectively.

As an Enterprise Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading risk and credit management committees, including the approval process and drafting of committee minutes.
  • Coordinating committee processes such as scheduling, package distribution, and obtaining credit decisions from relevant authorities.
  • Serving as the primary contact for committee-related inquiries.
  • Providing analytical support for the development of portfolio reports and monitoring processes, along with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Conducting trend analysis and preparing portfolio reports for presentation to Senior Management and regulatory bodies.
  • Designing and maintaining written procedures for all related processes.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with Senior Management within the Bank.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 5-6 years of relevant experience in credit, commercial underwriting, financial analysis, or financial reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of credit, underwriting, or financial analysis to report on complex risks.
  • Exceptional business writing skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
