Position Overview: Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Join our dynamic team in Berlin! As an SDR, you will leverage cutting-edge prospecting tools and thorough research to assist our sales and marketing teams in developing targeted lists across enterprise and mid-market segments, including strategic partners and system integrators. You will serve as the vital link between marketing and sales, managing inbound lead qualification and facilitating outbound lead generation. Your role will be instrumental in guiding prospects through the onboarding journey while collaborating closely with our marketing, sales, partner, and account management teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee the qualification process for inbound leads in the DACH region, utilizing Adyen's global frameworks and methodologies;
  • Act as the initial contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps in the sales process;
  • Implement and execute outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive opportunities in collaboration with the Marketing team;
  • Identify and engage potential new partners for Adyen in the DACH region, working in alignment with the local Partner Manager;
  • Support Sales Managers in outbound strategies, lead generation efforts, and onboarding processes;
  • Represent Adyen as a brand ambassador at all internal and external company events;
  • Showcase the value of Adyen’s product offerings in diverse forums, both online and offline;
  • Thrive in an international setting with opportunities for travel to various offices.
