Lightspeed is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Enterprise Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our North American Outbound Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads for enterprise retail clients, being the first point of contact, and empowering retailers to achieve their goals.

Your Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and engage enterprise retail accounts through phone, email, social media, and various outbound channels.
Connect with enterprise-level stakeholders (Directors and above) to understand their challenges and cultivate strong relationships.
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to ensure seamless lead transition and effective follow-up strategies.
Provide insightful feedback to marketing and sales teams based on prospect interactions to enhance our outbound strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Your Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in SaaS outbound sales, ideally with enterprise or mid-market retail clients.
Demonstrated success in cold-calling, emailing, and engaging enterprise stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to various stakeholders.
Tech-savvy, strategic thinker, and adept at navigating enterprise accounts.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and the flexibility to adapt in a rapidly growing business.
Fluency in English is essential as we are a global company with a diverse workforce and clientele.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with enterprise retail clients.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology solutions.
