Your Impact
This role is positioned within a “startup” environment inside the organization, where agility is key. You will engage swiftly to secure our initial customers in sectors beyond public safety and to establish scalable sales motions alongside successful partnerships.
Ideal candidates include those currently in Business Development roles or Sales Support with a focus on lead generation.
This is a quota-carrying position. Our Enterprise Sales Development Representatives collaborate closely with our Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute a robust sales pipeline strategy aimed at promoting select products and services to our Enterprise markets. It is crucial that our representatives operate with professionalism and grace, ensuring a positive customer experience while coordinating tightly with our Enterprise Sales Operations and Marketing teams.
Enterprise Sales Development Representatives are customer-centric and innovative thinkers. They can adapt their strategies effectively to cater to the needs of our clients. A solid understanding of the Enterprise Sales process and the ability to excel within Axon’s unique sales model are essential.
