What You'll DoStrategic Enablement Planning: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to identify enterprise sales priorities, pinpoint knowledge and skill gaps, and formulate a comprehensive enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives. Content Development & Curation: Produce and curate impactful sales content, including presentations, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, product updates, competitive intelligence, and other resources tailored for enterprise-level dialogues. Ensure that content is easily accessible, current, and consistent with brand messaging. Program Design & Delivery: Create, develop, and deliver engaging enablement programs such as comprehensive onboarding, product training, sales process workshops, advanced sales skills development, and tools training. Employ various delivery methods, including live sessions, virtual training, self-paced modules, and on-demand resources. Sales Process Optimization: Comprehend and support the enterprise sales process, identifying avenues for improvement and implementing best practices.
