Qualifications
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively communicate the overall value proposition, vision, and strategy of Datadog to customers.
Manage technical engagement with customers throughout the trial phase, ensuring that Datadog’s value is clearly communicated and addressing any issues or concerns to achieve successful outcomes.
Leverage advanced competitive knowledge and technical skills to successfully close complex opportunities.
Conduct product and technical briefings/presentations for prospective clients.
Maintain precise notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer insights, both wins and losses.
Proactively engage with customers and internal teams about product feedback and the competitive landscape.
Who You Are:
You are passionate about educating customers on observability risks relevant to their business and are capable of developing and executing an evaluation plan with clients.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate the business benefits and technical advantages of our offerings.
