Join Datadog as an Enterprise Sales Engineer, where you'll leverage your technical expertise to enhance sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and support technical evaluations (POVs). In this crucial role, you'll work closely with our sales team to qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners, ensuring that their needs are effectively communicated to our product team for feature prioritization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to convey Datadog's value proposition, vision, and strategic direction to clients.
- Manage technical interactions with customers throughout the trial phase, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a successful outcome.
- Utilize advanced competitive knowledge and technical skills to effectively close complex sales opportunities.
- Provide impactful product and technical briefings/presentations to prospective clients.
- Document customer feedback, both positive and negative, accurately in our CRM system.
- Engage proactively with customers and internal Datadog teams to relay product feedback and insights on the competitive landscape.
