The Enterprise Security Architect will spearhead security engineering initiatives and provide mentorship to team members. This role involves planning by reviewing technical solutions for compliance with best practices, leading the design and configuration of elements in significant security projects, and handling operational activities, including responding to escalated tickets or issues. In the case of a security incident, the architect will conduct a post-event analysis to identify root causes and facilitate discussions to implement necessary changes to prevent future occurrences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Technology Strategy and Architecture: Design and implement enterprise-level security solutions that protect our market share, revenue, and brand integrity. Ensure solutions adhere to industry-standard best practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Research and recommend security technologies applicable to both internal and external technology solutions.
  • Security Project Management: Lead complex global security projects, often delegating tasks to other team members while balancing business and technology objectives. Proficiency in configuring and testing solutions is essential.
  • Operational Security Management: Support operational security, including firewall management, content filtering management, client and security agent management, and vulnerability scanning remediation.
  • Technical Mentoring: Train and guide security engineering staff on security architecture, new technologies, and incident troubleshooting.
  • Incident Handling and Forensic Analysis: Act as the escalation point for security incidents, providing technical leadership for complex issues and preparing remediation plans for matters requiring senior executive involvement.

The work environment is typical of an office setting, but some travel to global manufacturing facilities may be required for projects. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates under our relocation policy.
