Your Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, collaborating with customers to design, prototype, and implement solutions on the Mapbox platform. You will engage directly with clients and account teams to identify needs, develop architectures, and deliver solutions that transform data, mobility, and mapping into impactful digital experiences and measurable business results. This role is perfect for individuals who blend technical expertise with business insight, excelling at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery. Ideal candidates often possess a background in software engineering, product management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Sales teams to articulate Mapbox’s technical value and identify opportunities.
- Leading technical discovery to understand client objectives and ensuring solution designs align with business goals.
- Designing and presenting scalable architectures utilizing Mapbox SDKs, APIs, and platform services.
- Responding to technical inquiries with comprehensive documentation and solution proposals.
- Providing technical guidance during the pre-sales phase and delivering swift technical enablement through workshops, demonstrations, and PoC/PoV in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Driving customer success by enhancing time-to-value and facilitating adoption and expansion in a dynamic ecosystem.
- Championing customer needs and providing structured feedback to shape product and engineering initiatives.
- Staying updated on advancements in mapping, mobility, and AI technologies while sharing best practices internally and with clients.
