Your Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will cultivate trusted, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key technical decision-makers within client organizations. Your role will involve providing strategic business and technical guidance, becoming a trusted advisor in addressing critical business challenges. You will collaborate with clients to architect innovative business models that foster monetization and growth for both the client and Stripe.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a vital member of a Stripe account team, deeply involved in shaping customer strategy.
- Identify and secure complex new opportunities while promoting the adoption of solutions. Align with customer product and business roadmaps to discover avenues for accelerating their progress.
- Serve as a thought leader and trusted resource for key business and technical stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CROs, CDOs, and Heads of Product Engineering and Payments.
- Gain a profound understanding of customer business objectives and apply Stripe's solutions to their challenges, developing comprehensive transformation journeys and future roadmaps with intricate third-party integrations.
- Conduct thorough business analysis and research on clients, industries, and competitors to support user growth.
- Lead strategic engagements with clients to align with business priorities, design effective solutions, and secure technical wins through in-depth discovery and evangelism.
