Our commitment to developing our employees is paralleled only by our dedication to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.Job OverviewAs an Entry-Level Civil Engineer specializing in Site Design, you will support various land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and residential sites, as well as municipal and industrial developments. Your role will involve basic project design through CAD drafting, guiding drafters in creating drawings, and preparing project schedules. You may also conduct research, compile technical reports, and visit job sites for inspections.Key Responsibilities:Assist in project design tasks using standard techniques and established practices.Contribute to plan production while following clearly defined instructions.Develop knowledge and experience with design and modeling software.Work under the guidance of senior engineers to support project scheduling and technical calculations.Participate in specific sections of larger projects while under direct supervision.Collect and prepare research to assist in the creation of technical reports.Mentor student interns by providing support and answering queries on routine tasks.Travel to various job sites, adapting to diverse terrains and weather conditions as needed.
