TEECOM is looking for an Entry-Level Project Manager (Project Manager I) to join its remote team within the United States. This position is a fit for those starting a project management career or moving from a Designer background. The main focus is on supporting project delivery by tracking progress, organizing documentation, coordinating with team members, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress for multiple projects.
- Coordinate with Team Leads, Group Leads, Project Supervisors, and Subtask Project Managers to keep workflows organized.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and tracking execution to help projects stay on track.
- Prepare and update reports that give insight into project status and team performance.
- Support established delivery systems to ensure consistency in project execution and reporting.
Teamwork and Career Growth
This role involves close collaboration with internal leadership, such as Team Leads and Group Leads, with a primary focus on operational support rather than direct client interaction.
