We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Entry Level Sales team, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers. Your role includes generating leads through complimentary in-home consultations. While previous sales experience is advantageous, we are more interested in your drive, motivation, and ability to connect with people. If you have a positive attitude and a zest for learning, we will equip you with the skills necessary to exceed your financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report daily to our Cranford office to collaborate with your team.
- Utilize a company vehicle to travel to designated neighborhoods.
- Proactively generate qualified sales leads within your assigned territory.
- Educate potential customers about our products and services.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism while representing Renewal by Andersen.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with your team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High-energy, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Sales, hospitality, or related experience is a plus but not required!
- Resilience and a positive mindset in the face of challenges.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
